These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Veracity Resume (the "Service"). Veracity Resume is a product operated by 24 Green Street LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service or purchasing a deliverable, you agree to these Terms.
Veracity Resume is an AI-assisted résumé optimization service. You provide your existing résumé and a target job description; we return a tailored résumé, a cover letter, and an analysis report that includes a LinkedIn headline and About rewrite. Our free ATS scan returns a directional fit score and surface-level recommendations at no charge.
The defining commitment of our Service is that every claim, metric, and accomplishment in your optimized deliverable must trace back to content you provided. Our pipeline applies grounding controls (Gate-1) that prevent the AI from inventing employers, titles, dates, numbers, or achievements that don't exist in your source material. Optimization means clearer language, sharper verbs, JD-aware ordering, not fabrication.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as our Merchant of Record. This means Lemon Squeezy is the legal seller of record for tax and compliance purposes; your credit card statement may show "Lemon Squeezy" alongside our product name, and you will receive a separate receipt from Lemon Squeezy in addition to our delivery email. Lemon Squeezy handles applicable sales tax and VAT.
Prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise noted. We may change prices at any time, but a confirmed purchase will be honored at the price you saw at checkout.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In short: 7-day quality-based refund window, no refunds for buyer's remorse or outcome dissatisfaction.
Your content: You retain full ownership of the résumé content you submit and the optimized deliverable we produce for you. We do not claim copyright over your career history or the document we tailor for you. You may use the deliverable however you like, submit it to employers, modify it, share it.
Our content: The Service itself (including the website, the pipeline, the prompts, the underlying software, and the Veracity Resume brand) remains our exclusive property. You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the prompts or models powering the Service.
Aggregate, de-identified learnings: We may use aggregate, de-identified patterns (e.g., "skills frequently paired with 'product manager' titles") to improve the Service. We do not share or sell your individual content. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Our deliverables are produced with the assistance of large language models (currently Google Gemini). The output is reviewed by automated grounding and quality controls, but is not reviewed line-by-line by a human before delivery. You should review the final deliverable carefully before submitting it to any employer.
You may not use the Service to:
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, and may refuse refunds on orders associated with violations.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific deliverable will achieve any particular outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost wages, lost opportunities, or missed job offers, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (e.g., gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or statutory consumer rights).
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of (a) content you submit that misrepresents your experience, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your use of the deliverable in any unlawful or deceptive manner.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
If you are a consumer residing in the EU/UK, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. For material changes, we will post a prominent notice on the home page and/or email customers who have purchased from us. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
